Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 Days days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company norms.

Rorrom India is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 3-5 Days days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

 

 

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange for the product return pick up. It will be picked up by our courier partner within 3-4 days after we raise the return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges & Returns
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received, and once the return is accepted, we will process the exchange as per your request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please click clear photographs/video of the damaged product and email it to us, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive the refund amount  within 7 business days. Please remember it can/might take some time for your bank to show up on your account.

Refunds will not be processed if the product is damaged by you.
